Whenever I turn my computer on, the network adapter and one of my USB ports give me issues. Right clicking Computer>Manage, then going in to Device Manager, it shows that the Network Adapter (Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller) and one USB port are having issues.

By right clicking and disabling them, then enabling them right afterwards, I am able to fix them completely. However, I need to do this every time after I turn off the computer.
I've tried updating the drivers for both devices, and it says that they are up to date. I've also tried uninstalling the drivers and having Windows reinstall them itself on the next startup. I know that there is nothing wrong with the hardware, because I also run Ubuntu, and the network and USBs work fine.
I'm running windows 7 x64. Do you have any solutions or theories as to what the problem could be?

Hmm... what concerns me is that your USB controller also shows yellow mark.

Try to install the latest driver for Intel 6 series chipset and Realtek LAN driver from Intel and Realtek, not motherboard manufacturer's website.

Tell me what motherboard are you using and what USB adapter it is.
