Nesds / Snemulds black screen issue

Hi all,

Have set up Twilight Menu on my Ace3ds flashcard recently, for use on the DS lite and I can't get either Nesds or Snemulds to load ROMs in any way, am just getting a black screen. All other homebrew is working fine. Any ideas as to why this might be?

Hi. As far as I remember, the newer versions of those two emulators are optimized to work from a DSi's SD-slot (taking advantage of the larger available ram). To play from a flashcard you need to use the older versions.

TWiLight Menu++ uses the legacy version of SNEmulDS (made before the DSi was released and/or hacked) by default, and nesDS should work fine regardless of which card it's launched from.

How are you launching the games? Are you using TWLMenu++ itself to launch the games? If so, please record a video of the issue.
