Homebrew nesDS on the DSi XL

Dear all, I'm having problems get the NES DS emulator to run on my XL, yet I'm following all the instructions.

I have a standard a R4i card.

Can it be done? If so, how?

although I too own a clone..there's really nothing special about a clone

also you should avoid the nesDS emulator if you have a DSi XL, that emulator has been known to kill DSI XL

No, it just causes temporary screen ghosting, check the other thread.

I don't want it that bad! Although I did get it working through MoonShell (thankyou, injected11), I've now deleted it.

Which thread is the above referring to? I did a search before posting this thread.
