I just got my NES Powerpak in the mail this afternoon and so far I am really impressed. All the games I played (except Action 52) worked perfectly.

It is SO AWESOME to be able to play all these old school games (and NES homebrew, D-Pad Hero for the win [IMG]) on real hardware.

I am going to write a review on the NES Powerpak soon so you all can look forward to that. [IMG]

You should save up and treat yourself to one. It is definitely worth it in my opinion. [IMG]

Playing Super Mario Bros. 2 (Japanese version aka "The Lost Levels") and it's SO FUCKING HARD.

155, with the 2 GB Compact Flash and the Reader. No reason for a 4 GB (EVERY NES game ever made only totals 250 MB hahaha).

    135 just the cart.

Steep price tag because of the tech it has inside, and it is handmade my the creator for each order. [IMG]

Just consider it would cost more to collect the games. It is so worth it.

All the US games are ~154MB (my collection is 766, Gamefaqs lists 759, I have a few unlicensed).

    You buy them here. [IMG]

Exclusive site to buy them from because the owner of the site is the creator.

Only NES flash cart in existence for regular sale like this, also has the BEST SNES flash cart (SNES Powerpak) which is my next investment. [IMG]

Just bought the last one apparently (it now says temporarily unavailable).

OP or anyone else who bought one, how long did it take from the time you ordered it to receiving it in the mail?
I don't think I'll be able to stop thinking about it's epicness until it arrives.

So you're the one. grrrrr. I wonder how long we'll have to wait until more are available ... I'm really itching to get one of these, and I don't even own an NES right now.

I considered one of these. Then I realised one of the reasons I love my NES stash is because I can look at my 60+ games on the shelf and feel all warm and fuzzy inside [IMG]

You can still look at them, you just wouldn't need to use them ever again [IMG]

They are back in stock now! [IMG]

Also, it will take about a week. maybe a little more, maybe a little less. =)

Also, yeah, your NES stash can be nicely preserved and in great condition if you just play all your games form the Powerpak. [IMG]

Also, by putting all your games on the one cartridge, no more need to remove the cart, so no more wear on the contacts and no more blink of death [IMG]
