I want to buy battlekid, but I don't have an nes, is there a way to get the rom form the cartridge, if I don't own the console?

Sivak did post a demo of the ROM (It's a demo of homebrew so I don't think I'll get in trouble for that).
If you buy the cart you're either going to have to build a dumper on your own (like the Spaghetto) or find one of the really rare ones that exist. Neither seems likely.
You might consider buying a NES if you want to play the game?
