So how do I do this? Do I just unzip the package and move everything to the Root of my MicroSD card? Including the .nds file as well?

just open .nes files with moonshell

It's based off nesterDS which isn't really a good emulator; if you really want to play nes games don't waste your time on something as slow and glitchy as Nester and just get nesDS

Guys, this has been in Moonshell 2 for a long, long time, well before the DSTwo was even released.

If you all want a better NES emulator, there is a version of NesDS out there somewhere that can be used as a Moonshell 2 plug-in.
