Emulation Homebrew NES Emulator for Wii U?

Can anybody tell me if there is an NES emulator for the Wii U that isn't RetroArch?

The reason I don't prefer RetroArch is because the controller system is a bit buggy.

Other than virtual console injects, no. There was one (LiteNES U) but it hasn’t been updated in 5 years or better.

If you’re updated to Tiramisu/Aroma, there’s a good chance it won’t even work.

Yeah, I'm better off using emulators on my vWii, because a lot of the Wii emulators are still active and getting updates.

There is LiteNESu which calls itself a terrible emulator on github so I wouldn't recommend it. Wii U doesn't have that active of a scene for standalone emulators aside from Retroarch.
