Not me.
I'd usually lift weights in order to free my back and neck from spending way too much hours on gbatemp working

Nope. At our house, it's almost weirdly inverted: I'm the one playing video games and doing nerdy things like playint board games solo and reading books, whereas my girlfriend's active in the healthcare system. Nonetheless, she has all sorts of neck and back troubles that I've got to massage away to ease or avoid headaches/migraine, where I'm healthy as a whistle.

Okay, admitted: I tend to do karate, jogging and (for transportation purposes) cycling on a regular basis whereas she uses the car for everything and watches television a lot. So it's not as strange as I made it out to be...except I can't say this part out loud at our home, for obvious reasons. ;)

I have the worst back

I have tried to keep more active and the pain is less than last year - but gosh darn back pain sucks

At least I don't have to stand for hours in the surgery room any more - worst part of med school
