Hacking neogamma v9 help

I need some assistance with the neogamma app. I made a backup of my copy of super monkey ball and burned the image to a dvd. (i also have darkcorp installer present on my wii). The wii recognizes that its a cube game, but when i attempt to load it, it restarts the wii. Same when i try to load it through the actual neogamma app. Anyone know whats wrong?

Do you have a cMIOS installed? Install the recommend cMIOS from the NeoGamma r9 thread.

Which doesn't work for disc channel GC backup launching. For that use Waninkoko's latest cMIOS(rev5), but don't complain about compatibility issues.

none of that has worked. It still recognizes its a cube game but just restarts the wii when attempting to load. (using neogamma and regular booting) any other solutions?
