the ppl who get codedumps on exit using NeoGamma via a forwarder or channel need to reinject the internal dol and use Wanin's NAND loader and not Comex, then repackbthe wad, this can be done in seconds using Customizemii 2.1

Can you please give a more detailed description on what to do?

I downloaded Customizemii, but have no idea what to do with it. And I also have no idea which file I should do it to? The internal dol in my forwarder channel or neogamma dol?

1. startup customizemii
2. select the "Source" tab at the top, hit "Browse" where it says source wad, find the wad your using that DSI's on exit
3. once loaded select "Options" tab, where it says "New DOL" select "Browse" - "Take From Source WAD"
4. then select "Waninikoko" from the drop down list where it says "NAND Loader"
5. then repack the .wad using the big button across the bottom just above where it says "Status:"

reinstall the wad, load the channel, exit neogamma, bingo SM menu no DSI....well hopefully

EDIT

made into easy to read steps

@pepxl
I tried to insert the Beta12.dol to a channel that had the Gamma Loader 0.2.dol from WiiGator and when I installed it I couldn't get to the system menu (semi-brick).
I luckily had BootMii installed as Boot2 and I managed to uninstall the channel and it was ok.

Is there any possibility that it can happen again?

Thanks!

you must have done something wrong cause ive been doing this a long time with forwarders and channels and ive never once had a semi/banner/full brick

plus the method a posted uses the internal dol of the channel/forwarder the only thing changed is what NAND loader is used to boot with

can you post evactly what you done because you didnt use the steps above as i never mention inserting a different .dol

I see..
Ok, thanks for the instructions and quick reply!

if you want to update a channel(using a forwarder will make it it to a channel), use the steps above but instead of "New DOL" select "Browse" - "Take From Source WAD" use "New DOL" select "Browse" - "Load DOL File" then select what ever NAND loader you want, i always pack 2 channels using bothe NAND loaders, then install them to see which one is better(or works)

RC1?
Nice!! I hope a final version will be out soon!!

Thanks WiiPower!!!!
Keep up!!!

RC1

cIOS rev17 looks good so far. Sam & Max(i have cIOS33 installed) and SSBB disc both work as they should, and i did not hear about serious game loading related issues yet. But the rebooter might be broken(again). Maybe it was just my test, maybe it's NeoGamma's code, or it's whatever. I could successfully test Sam & Max but Wii Sports failed. An important detail here is that i have the IOS requested by Sam & Max as cIOS installed. Anyways, i don't care too much about the rebooter as i don't see any purpose in it game loading related.

I changed the cIOS warnings, maybe fixed the code dumps on exit and added disabled autoboot code.

@WiiPower and everyone that can help me

I have Brawl original.
Can I run Brawl+ through NeoGamma using the original disc?
(don't know if this has been asked again..)

Thanks!

Yes, you can. But why not use GeckoOS for this?

I've never messed around with GeckOS...
I've always been using Gamma and NeoGamma cause I've never had any problems.

I'm gonna give it a try..
Thanks!

How about cIOS38 rev17? Does NeoGamma work with it without any tinkering?
looks like that cios rev 17 works with neogamma i will install it and i will confirm you if cios rev 17 is fully compatible with neogamma XD

Great. Hoping for the best.
i want to tell you that .........................IT WORKS!! i tested it with fifa 09 (error 001) and other games as mario galaxy zelda super smash etc and it works perfect without time out
and another thing the gamecube loader works again with this version , only thing that doesn't work is metroid trilogy's multiplayer but you can use dol method.

What other cIOS do you use ? I only use 249 and 222.
hmmm i use cios 222,223,202,232(GH5),55(monster hunter tri)

Seem to work just fine. No code dumps, no matter if I use comex's or Waninkoko's NAND Loader. Good stuff. :-)

What's autoboot code? Is it that NeoGamma launches eg. DVD without I have to press anything? Is it useable now or is it meant for a future function?
