Hacking Neogamma loading to Homebrew Menu

This hasn't happened before, but ever since I've had the Wii be able to play DVD-R discs with multiple GC backup games in it, I can't play any of my Wii games via Neogamma. I haven't tried all my games, but the games I've tried, Monster Hunter Tri, Mario Kart, and Mario Party do not work.

Is this a problem with Neogamma settings? IOS?

UPDATE: After changing to d2x cIOS, now it resets to the Wii System Menu. I should just stop messing with it, lol.
