Dunno, it might be the disc type. The recommended disc is DVD-R, not +R, but it should still run regardless. I think it's your cIOS. Try putting a normal game (One you bought retail) into it and trying to run it on NeoGamma, if it works, then you probably burned the game wrong or something.
