I don't know if anyone has suggested this yet and I don't really want to be "that guy" to speculate over this, but I was looking back at the first 3DS ROM release (Tom_Clancys_Ghost_Recon_Shadow_Wars_EUR_3DS-LGC) and took a look at the picture that was included, dumper3ds.jpg. Have a refresher: http://i.imgur.com/JE1LAb6.jpg

I was looking at neimod's flickr and found some things that looked awfully suspicious. If you take a close look at the picture in the background is a monitor and a black DS with some red perfboard on it as well as a white DS. Also the ALTERA FPGA dev board along with a Zeroplus Logic Cube. This is all set on a very, very messy white desk. All of which neimod also happens to have.

This photo was taken from approximately the same angle: http://www.flickr.com/photos/neimod/5742915248/ You can see the Shuttle screen's power lights clearly here.

This photo shows that black DS with the red perfboard attachment: http://www.flickr.com/photos/neimod/4860595025/ Again, you can see the Shuttle monitor, the same ALTERA dev board and the Zeroplus logic analyzer.

This last one may be a long shot, but it does showcase that neimod does at least also own Super Monkey Ball 3D: http://www.flickr.com/photos/neimod/6487810819/ Seems kind of out of place in a picture showing off the RAM interposer kit?

So, either neimod is in fact a LEGACY member and is dumping ROMs or LEGACY is using an old picture that neimod happened to delete.

I will leave you with this tidbit of their NFO which seems relevant: "Just wait for the chinese to figure it all out aswell, then you can play this release too."

he was in rom dumping teams before( i dont know if this is true, and actually it doesnt matter), take a look at the nfo of golden sun for gba;)

I heard he also had a camera to take pictures, and those pictures have definitely been taken with a camera.... It must be him.. .Apart from the fact the hardware used for dumper is different from his, and also the LEGACY dumper lives in diff country....... Close, there are a few dump capable groups now, i bet you can get info build and one if you work at walmart and can get VENOM some pre retails :) whats up with them scoring +15 for all their releases.............

Saying "was dumping ROMs" instead would be a bit less of a stretch.

That's everything released by LGC, the last release being one and a half year ago.

*time to shine*

OBJECTION!

first thing I noticed that it isn't the same black ds used in both pictures, one is a 3ds and the other a dsi.

OBJECTION!

if you look at the 3rd image you'll see the black dsi mentioned!
and if you closely to the picture with the 3ds you can see the white ds lite beneath it!

OBJECTION!
and if you closely to the picture with the 3ds you can see a white dsi beneath it , not a ds lite!

So what can we conclude? someone bought the game super monkey ball 3d, is using one of the finest set of screwdrivers ( own experience), has enough money to buy at least 4 different ds consoles and is up to something in
the 3ds hacking/rom-dumping scene ... I guess.

But, on the last picture, is that a lot of glue or something?
anyway I have no idea further what this is about :)
