Hacking Neimod finds out how to remove Parental Control on 3DS

Hello guys. I've just seen that Neimod managed to find out how to delete Parental Control on our 3DSs and Swizzy ported it to C# and made an executable for Windows OS. More information and download link in source.

It looks like Neimod is doing some good things for our 3DS now that he got full-kernel control.
