Hacking Need wii u reset by Nintendo

I bought a used wii u on 5.5.1 but it's locked to the old user. Is it safe to return to Nintendo to
Unlock it as I want to hack it afterwards

Nah.
Create another NNID, Install modified SysConfigTool by @punderino , ask him to give you "User Management" plugin and delete this old user from your Wii U.
Problem solved.

or even press select+start+Y on the old user's password prompt (on the screen just before the keyboard opens), you will get the nnid username and some numbers, call nintendo with them and they will help you to remove that user

This has nothing to with loadiine. That is an old method for launching games. Not homebrew. Ftp everywhere is homebrew. Launch it from HBL

Yeah i guess the OP could be talking loadiine.ovh the website.

Actually worked it out by getting the parental lock removed with the keygen

So it was parental lock code. Not a user password
