I use my switch totally offline to avoid ban as I am using custom firmware

Happy birthday. There's a homebrew app for linking your Nintendo account. But I suggest just Google RetroArch.

Maybe I misread something, as I can't find it now, sorry. But even so, I don't think you can run NSO's app offline, cause it requires a check.

There's a modified version of the NSO app that can be run offline but you'll have to find it on your own
