ROM Hack Need to hack my 3ds again

Sorry if this post is not placed where it need to be, im new in the community, but i have a problem that is killing me... My country have electrical problem i have 12 hour with electricity and 12 hour without it, so... my 3ds was my way to stay alive without dying (die) of boredom.

My SD card and laptop where stolen, together with my new 3ds data, hacks, roms and saves. I have my 3ds already hacked the moment i buy i, so i dont know which files i need, if it have luma or godmode, arm something, what i know if that i have my 3ds with just FBI installed rn, i have a new sd card, what i want to know is if i can install all from the start or there is a way to know what i have installed in my 3ds.

Ok, Im gonna try now, hope it work! Thanks for the help anyway and more important, hope that nothing go wrong with the installation! (T.T).

EDIT: Here is the thing, when i try to install boot9strap it open Godmode9, so i can't install boo9strap (some help?), good news i can install cias and play some games, with boot.3dsx and boot.firm, but i dont have the NAND (at least in the 3ds) so... im pretty sure that i wont be able to open some game like Pokemon Ultramoon/sun (this happen when i dont have the NAND in the microsd). There is a way to install the NAND in the micro sd again? I believe the 3ds have it installed. So two option continue the guide or install the nand in the micro, i don't know how to do both.

Hold select on boot and tell me what your Luma version is. You may already have B9S which would explain why you couldn't load the B9S installer (because it was using an A9LH payload)
If it's 8.0 or higher then you definitely have B9S, and you can follow this just to make sure it's up to date: https://3ds.hacks.guide/updating-b9s.html
Then to get the recommended apps and some other useful things grab boot.3dsx from https://github.com/fincs/new-hbmenu/releases, put it on the SD card from and follow https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup

I'm not sure what you mean but emuNAND is no longer needed or recommended and hasn't been for a long time.

Luma3DS is v9.1, and about NAND, some games need a seed to open, with the NAND the seed wasn´t need it, because i don´t know how to install the seed.

FBI -> Titles -> pick game -> there should be an option to download seed from CDN (it's not called exactly that)
Or, just go to the eShop page of the game if it's an in-region game, that's enough to download it.
