Hardware Need some info on the 3DS

I haven't had a handeld in soo long but thinking about buying a 3DS next week BUT I have some questions.

1.Whats the best flash cart for the 3ds and whats the compatibility like good?

2.Whats a good place to buy a cheap used 3ds

1. Supercard DSTwo is the best, in my opinion. Solid updates to every firmware so far, and it has a built in CPU for exclusive applications like a GBA and SNES emulator.

2. eBay? They are pretty cheap there, just be careful by reading descriptions carefully. If someone lies you can always get your money back by ebay (just in case, I haven't had a problem yet after years of buying / selling there)
