Need some help

Hello Guys;

I am new at Wii U. I have bought a wii u 2 days ago, its 32 gb version but only have 246 mb free space. When i try to delete files i see nothing to delete. There is no file ??? How can i delete nand. Also when i try to connect usb 3.0 harddrive ( i tried 1 tb, 4 tb, 120 gb ssd ) wii u doesnt see the drive. How can i solve this problems ?

Depends on what CFW you're using. Do you see "Autobooting..." while booting the Wii U? Also what firmware version does system settings show (IIRC in the upper right corner) ?

I dont see autobooting and version is 5.5.5j

No. USB needs a reformat after the reset anyway and I think starting with a clean SD card won't hurt, too.
