Hacking Need some help with Luma setup

Ok so guys and gals I need some help modding my N3DS XL I got it back down to 9.2 sysnand but when I follow this guide Im stuck on that part it wont let me run menuhax config and i dont know why it says to recopy the same boot.3dsx file twice. Is this a good guide or should i restart and redo it all?

Do I need to do anything to reset back to the beginning? Like all I did was the rednand

If you already have menuhax and a redNAND set up, just download the latest Luma
https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases
Then copy the "boot.3dsx" to the root of your SD card. That's it.

Someone told me i needed Arm9LoaderHax or I should get it. Also Is it to late to back up Sysnand? I dont think I did because I didnt see a NAND.BIN

I need a better guide or something because I get to how I'm gonna install broswerhax and then that's it it won't show me anything else can I add someone on Skype and they talk me through it? I am a great learner and listener

I hope you realize that this is the ONLY guide people are going to link you to. If you're a great learner, you'll learn that the guide tells you how to set up Luma3DS and arm9loaderhax, the best setup possible.

Man.. just read the guide... don't be lazy, there isnt a better guide. It is the only and better one. I did it and i'm sure it says how to set up from the beginning also the menuhax thing

Well I did it but I messed up i think badly i didnt see that i had to backu the Health & Safety and so I installed the FBI now what?

Did you mean, you lost your original Health & Safety app?
At least if it's true, you already finish A9LH + Luma3DS without any problem.
What you messed up is App Setup. I'm not sure that NAND restoring can help you or not.
But that option only avaliable if you have NAND back up.
