I'm trying to downgrade my 3ds xl (old) from 9.4.0-21U - 9.2 so I can use Cfw I'm using this tutorial wololo.net/2016/01/04/3ds-system-software-downgrade-tutorial/
I got up to the step to download menuhax and get this error can anyone please help me figure this out I been at this for a while now
