I just bought the G6 4G lite flashcard. I cant figure out how to play SNES and NDS roms on it. The manual dose not say anything about it.

for snes games you need an emulator, cant help you there, didnt try it.
for nds games you need the gamemanager pc software to write your roms to the g6 card.
