is this update only available for insiders? if so what ring? i definitely didn't get an update notification on my xbox

Hacking Need help with Xbox One dev mode

I updated using the omega ring too, but I have another problem, now when i'm in dev mode i can only exit using the device portal because i have no dev home icon so i can get in that app and click "leave dev mode" whenever i wanna go back to stock. Do you have that issue as well?
No Mine seems to be working good so far. I've swapped back and forth between modes several times now for me and the kids.
