Hacking Need help with xbox 360 trinity

Hello. I'm new to xbox. I have an Xbox 360 trinity and i want to run games from hdd(or from DVD if it's easier) . But im confused. I didn't figure out if I have to install one or two chips. And i didn't understand what is the correct chip for the thing that i want. Thank you.

Theres a few chips you can use

Ace360 v3 is best
matrix with oscilator
coolrunners

you will also need a nand reader like nand x or jrp programmer

OK. So i need an Ace 360 and a programmer like nand x or jrp. But the programmer is very expensive as i saw on internet

Do you want to play on Xbox Live?
If yes then don't RGH the console, just go for a Xkey.

It'll allow you to play games off off an external USB drive and connect to Live at the same time.

I'm so noob that i don't know what is xbox live. I want to add games on the hdd and play. Or to burn games on DVD and play from there. I don't know witch one is the easiest and cheapest. I'm sorry guys. I'm totally new on xbox thing.but I cannotffigure out what to do. I cannot understand what I'm missing. Thank you for your replies.

Xbox Live is microsoft online service like PSN.
You can RGH your Xbox, but if you go online with your box you will get banned.

The best option is to solder the jr programmer and coolrunner to the box, so you can copy your games to an external, or internal HDD.
The hard part is to solder the wires, but its not as hard as solder to a Switch, or DSi
You can also install XBLA Games, XBOX Classic Games and Homebrew

If you flash your DVD Drive you can only burn the games to disc, no Homebrew, etc and it is also expensive

I don't care about online. I just want to add games on hdd and play them. I'm good on soldering thing. As i understood its easier and better to add on hdd than to burn on DVD. Correct?and im in Greece. So it's not easy to send it to you. Thank you anyway.
