Gaming Need help with tracert result

Hey guys, lately, my main computer hasn't been able to log onto anything nexon america related be it game or website (i can go to nexon EU, JAP and Kor though) and hence i cant play DFO

Here are my tracert result for nexon.net.

Hope some1 can tell me more about how to fix this.

I disabled the windo firewall, peerguardian 2 and avast as well but i still cant connect....
