Hacking Need help with Super Smash Bros save file

Hi guys. So i got another 3ds, a XL one, and wanted to pass all my save files via JK Save Manager, including Smash. Then i downloaded it on the 3DS XL, and did all the process, exporting save from the old one, etc. And then... it didn't work. And now, in both 3ds the save don't work. I think the problem is with the save file format: it's bin, and divided in 2 parts, account and systemdata.
TL;DR: I pretty much fucked up with the save file of my Smash Bros, because i wanted to transfer it to another 3DS, and it does not work now. In both.
