Hacking Need help with R4 clone

I have a problems with new games, but the last original firmware for this fake card is out of date - 1,57b(2010/12). Even Plants VS Zombies give me "Error=-4". So i decide to find another alternative firmware. After that i lost 2-3 howers and i found this : DSTT DSTTi YSMenu V6.50
This one work fine for me with new games, but only in dual boot mode - TTMenu.dat >> TTMenu.nds
My question is how to make this firmware primary for this card.

Try this guide.

Plus, I think there's Wood R4 for R4i Gold as well. Wood updates more frequently than most official clone firmwares. You'd be better off using both either by a primary Wood dual booting YSMenu or vice versa, whichever you'd prefer (I do the former.)

Only YSMenu work in dual boot mode - no other working alternative. Impossible to boot Wood. I'll try this guide for now

Does it use "HappyBox" crap? The website is linking to the main website of HappyBox (a group of clones that support a piece of software to download and manage ROMs - the unsafe way)

The main website of HappyBox hosts ROMs, if I remember correctly.

Edit: it seems to be a default R4DS clone. At least, the skins say so.
