Hacking NEED Help with my R4 Gold Pro 2013 firmware.....

Hey guys, So i brought this 2013 R4 Gold Pro about a year ago. I Have never been able to get this to work. My Ds reads it as blank. I put the correct kernal firmware on it and everything and correctly followed the steps. I have google'd the issue so many times to try find a way to fix this and still can not figure it out. Can someone please help me out. Every time i boot it with the firmware on the SD it makes Top and bottom screen Blank (white) and then freezes. Is this a faulty card or am i doing something wrong i need to know. Thankyou - Alex

No icon means that it has some contact issues or that it's bricked. You can try to clean the contacts (mainly the ones at the DS side) or you can try to put a piece of paper between the plastic shell and the PCB.

That the DS got turned out while an update got installed or that a wrong update got installed. But only the flashcard would be bricked in that case.

if the update froze and you turn off, there is a very high change you can now put the card on the trash..

a "brick" is when a electronic device gets is software corrupted and can't no longer work making the device unless...

the term is very used when you try to softmod the device and you screw it..
