So I have downloaded the Nintendont and I am getting "USB Fat device could not be opened" The hard drive shows up on the USB Loader and shows the few games I have on it but then blank screens. Not sure what i'm doing wrong. Really need help here as this is the final step I have in my Wii mod. Thanks to any and everyone who can help.

I'm sure you have all file/folder names set right?
Maybe wrong cluster size? Some Wiis may have problems with it. Backup your games and reformat the drive, with cluster size set to 32k (allocation unit on Windows)
If that doesn't work, you can try to experiment a bit with the clusters. If all doesn't work, your HDD is probably not supported.
