Ok so I've been following the 3ds.guide and everything went well with system transfer. Got b9stool to work. Problem is, device doesnt start up on luma and pressing start+power does nothing. Is there a reason why the installation is not sticking?
edit: didnt have black screen but I figured I follow those troubleshooting steps and delete /luma/config.bin since it was the file from source 3ds. That seems to have worked so seems I posted for nothing lol
