Hacking need help with custom avatar file format

Hi guys,

I need help to create a custom image to replace avatar in my ps4 with 5.05 jailbreak.

I succesfully upload the files over ftp but all I get is transparent image (no image at all)

I edit it with photoshop, I make sur it is with transparent background with png format, but my image doesnt shown.. what I do wrong ?

I created 5 files:
avatar.png 440x440
avatar64.dds
avatar128.dds
avatar260.dds
avatar440.dds

and I used a converter online to convert from png to dds..

use paint.net to convert to dds files

you have to do the "avatar_backup" into a flash drive and changed the folder name to "avatar_inject" and put the avatars inside
