Hacking Need help... VC Games gone?

Sup,
I updated my Wii few days ago and I think at the end I did Yes when I was supposed to do No and I got Logged out from my Nintendo Account. Channel was now empty( No more VC Games on it ) so I linked back my Nintendo account but when I'm trying to get VC game I already bought it says that I must pay points again?

Ask Nintendo, they can restore them.

But WTF did you do to lose them? Update? A Update never does that!

Yeah, that sounds really weird, an update isn't supposed to do that. Are you sure you didn't accidentally reset the wii to factory settings or something?

Hey! yah! This happened to me too! Friggin bugger....except, i did a complete reset and format....i did save my games on an SD card, but when I tried to transfer them, it wouldn't let me...

Do i just call nintendo CS?
