ROM Hack need help to download homebrew launcher on new 11.4.0-37u 3dsxl

i had it previously downloaded using soundhax but my little sister stole my 3ds and did a software update and now i cant use the music file to enter the homebrew launcher. can anyone help me figure out how to fix this?

Do you have a friend with a homebrewed 3DS? Because if so, you can use doodlebomb.
Also check smealum.github.io/3ds to see if there's an entrypoint that suits your 3DS.

i dont know anybody with a homebrewed 3ds unfortunately, is there any other way to fix it?

I don't know much about nand, but if you have a backup, it may put you back on your old version. Just a though, though. Read some guides before you do that, though.
EDIT: Wait, you're not running CFW, are you. I didn't think of that. Sorry, I don't think there's any way to get the homebrew launcher unless you have a friend with a 3DS, or until a new exploit is released.
In the meantime, play some GBA!

if you have luma 3ds, upgradin that at boot9strap 1.2 and homebrew starts normaly without payload 11.4
