Hardware need help: Switch can't wake up

When I was playing Animal Crossing while charging, my Switch suddenly went blackout. Next, Switch has no responses for charging or the power button.
What I tried:

maybe the battery has died? did you have any issues with it before?
like for example did the battery discharge quickly?

before blackout the battery was at least 50%... It was the first time I ran into this issue
I bought it last November, the battery condition is quite well ever since. don't know why it happened

I had a similar issue. I'm using SX OS switch is on firmware version 10.0 and my switch blacked out, when I was starting SX Installer. I send it to the repair crew and they said, that my hardware is fine. It might be a software brick.
Yesterday I got it back and I managed to start it. But it just boots with the dongle. Otherwise the screen stays black. In TV mode it works fine. In handheld mode Touch is not working properly an the connection to the controller which is railed in the switch on the right side does not work ...
