Hacking Need help running Final Fantasy:CC in clean mode

I read the How-to so I can run FFCC in clean mode.

It says I need the savelist but it has not been updated for a long while.

Can anyone provide me with a savelist with just FFCC on it?

Also, I have a 2 GB transcend card, what speed shoud I use?
