Hacking Need help replacing video in a Nintendo DS game.

I am trying to replace the Intro from Rockman EXE 5 Twin Leaders into it's international version Mega Man Battle Network 5 double team DS, because the japanese intro music is different and the video is synced differently between the two versions. Does anyone have any knowledge on how to do this? Help is greatly appreciated.
