Hacking Need help...Really confusing

I have the new ITouchDS and there is no proper help topic on this website.

I need support for it.

My question is that i bought a 2GB MicroSD card and it just created a black screen after a few seconds.

I cannot see the menu.

I have the correct FW in place and the card is in working condition.

I dont know if this is the right place to ask...
