Hacking Need help on Nopass

Hey im new here and i need some help please.

I have a couple of questions:

1. Can you use action replay ds as nopass for the ez flash iv.

2.Is this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Action-Replay-Max-...S/dp/B000I6KIFS the same as http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/5680377.htm because they have totally different packaging.

The ARDS will function as a NoPass if you hold Select upon bootup.

No clue about question 2, sorry. I know there's an Action Replay product for the DS that strictly does save management, not cheating and NoPass functionality, but I don't know which is which.
