Hacking need help on luma3ds :(

my luma3ds shows a debug screen and it directs to menuhax homebrew,but i just try to tinyformat it and i dont have a clue how to launch menuhax back
and my 3ds system was a japanese system,works fine with luma3ds and region free homebrew until i lent it to my friend...and im not sure how to fix it cause it's my friend who made the cfw for me XD

Follow 3ds.guide from the beginning as if the console was a stock console. Pretend like it never had any hacks on it .. So start from the beginning and follow it to the end. If you can't comprehend as well written instructions as 3ds.guide offers then you ought to get your friend to do it for you before you do something you might regret.
