Well, this is my bad. I forgot to toggle WiFi. So, in 2.1 I can't do anything. I have Sky3DS though. What must I do?

And is it normal that 2.1 New3DS screen blink colors?

Recap (according to some suggestions):
1. Don't update with game cart with 4.x firmware update. (Mine bricked because Luigi Mansion 4.5)
2. Otherwise, use 6.x instead. Only Pokemon X and Y will work.(Tested by @democracy with Pokemon Y 6.1)
3. Booting into safe mode may ask you to enable the wireless (via software). But don't update there! (Thanks to @SomeGamer)
4. Take out the battery then put it again. This will reset clock and WiFI. (Thanks to @Luke Gainsford)

omg. we can update it with sky3ds, isn't it? the real problem is, it's not my console :(.

no, you can't cause on a new 3ds, to "unbrick" a new 3ds nand, it changes the header from n3ds to o3ds, and as such, it would download an o3ds firmware, and only brick yourself even more
This is not my console :(. I'm panic lol. I do have nand back up.

Maybe you can use the Cubic Ninja method of running OTPHelper or at least Decrypt9 with your Sky. It was removed from @Plailect 's guide, but it should still be possible. Then you could finish getting OTP and restore your NAND backup.

And yes, that's normal.

CN needs to download the payload from the internet.

it needs to. umless you have another 3ds with internet and ypu install the payload with that :)
Well, since he has a Sky he could potentially get anyone else with a Sky to install the payload for him and send him their save. There's still hope.

I'm not entirely sure. The payload that only dumped the OTP didn't require internet. And I didn't even know that payloads exist for OTPHelper and D9 specifically.
I'm pretty sure there's one for Decrypt9, OTPHelper I don't know but it's based on Decrypt9 so it makes sense that it would work.

How? Ninjhax can run in 2.1? This is my friend's, I can use mine to install the hax.

there is only a problem, the all-in-ones ack with the qr have been removed, so we need to find someone with it... (@Plailect )

Looks like there was never a Cubic Ninja version of Decrypt9's payload, at least not used in the guide... It still needs the browser. You can dump the OTP with Cubic Ninja but you're still stuck on 2.1.
I have no other ideas. Maybe @Plailect has some suggestions since he wrote the guide.

Hopefully there's a way. Since I don't have the tools for hardmod (and not experienced in any of that).

Check the GitHub commits, look for when they were removed and go back before then
