Gaming Need help in Black Sigil

What the hell do I do in the port city (Tradefair)!?!?

I'm stuck in it and I've went everywhere I can think of

Did you go to the inn/bar and meet up with the character in the black hood in said bar, triggering a small scene? Then after that, you exit the main part of the city on the right side of town and goto the "poor" district and meet back up with him for another scene by the docks where your characters are put in a boat and you have a little mini game scenerio moving boxes to block soldiers to slow them down from chasing you. Hope that helps.
