Hacking need help freeshop title keys

i got freeshop on my nintendo 3ds but it won't show any games i can download. i heard this is because i don't got any title keys and managed to find out if i am right the title key website there it gave me a link to some site where i had to download a zipfile which is supossed to be the answer but i don't understand any of it this is my first time moddding my 3ds i have everything right up to the point of freeshop that i don't understand how to proceed i got the encTitleKeys.bin file by booting my 3ds up while holding start and going to more and all that stuff then got it out the gm9 folder then out there i copied the file enctitlekeys.bin and moved that to sd:/3ds/data/freeShop/keys/ thinking that was all i needed to do but freeshop won't show any games still i can fill in a link adress in the freeshop settings but i can't find anywhere what link i should add please help

Freeshop does not work anymore (since mid 2018) because of server side security improvements.
Remove it from your console – it's useless.

Freeshop and all similar apps have not worked for years. Nintendo blocked access to such programmes

Freeshop closed after the 11.8 update, that's why

We can't link you to anything but just search up 3ds cia downloads. BTW you would need fbi installed
