Homebrew Need help for ntrboot !

I have a 3ds and when I turn it on I have the blue led , a black screen, and the recovery mode don't work.
Can I repair it with the ntrboot method ? I have access to a 3ds with boot9strap and I can launch any flash card.

Yes if the failure is due to a corrupted operating system or nand layout - even if the nand completely failed, you could in theory run it on emunand for life (although it's complicated to repartition the nand or sd from scratch, it's possible)

Of course it wouldn't fix problems caused by other parts, if any
