Hardware need help finding software

ive found a tv tuner card while salvaging a old pc and it works fine on other computers. my windows 7 works but needs software to get sound help pls

Any idea what brand it is? VLC should work natively with TV tuners

now what do i do if i want my VCR (which is hooked up through cable) to appear

vlc has delay and i still cant hear audio

Ok, have you tried finding the tuner in Device Manager and finding/updating the driver for it?

were would it be located?

Just type "Device Manager" in the Windows search bar, then look for the tuner. It should be under a section called something like "TV Tuners and Capture Cards", I think... right click it and have Windows search for drivers

still no sound but thx for reccomemnding to update the drivers.
obs has the ability but i still cant get sound through. ill try experimenting with that

via cable because the huge pice that hooks up to the motherboard is incomparable so only cable and s-video works

with a VCR which im using i can get composite video too
