I have some cheap external sound card which is shown as USB PnP Sound Device. Before I reinstalled Windows I had some additional app to change its settings. Now I can't find it, default Windows sound panel doesn't help. I have a photo of an Information tab of that app. Please help me find it because I only found other apps that don't work or viruses.

Also IDs of the driver:
USBVID_OD8C&PID_0000&REV_0100M1_00
USB\MD_0D8C&PID_000C&M1_00

Update: Thank you all for help. Huge thanks to lightwo who found the exact app I was searching for!

Well, I found a manual for what appears to be the same audio card:

https://archive.org/details/manualzilla-id-7103625/mode/2up

No luck finding drivers yet, but C-Media still seems to be a big hint. Besides, if it doesn't say "Manhattan" on the drivers in the OP, chances are the generic C-Media-provided drivers are all that exists for this device.

There is an "equalizer" under Downloads tab which appears to have support for WinXP/7. That might be it!

Good find, the folders include the drivers as well as the numbers he mentioned. Except he did a typo after USB.
