Gaming Need help figuring out what kind of code this is, and how to use it as Codebreaker/Gameshark

Got this elsewhere on GBATemp, but it looks like gibberish to me. Maybe it's slide code or something like that? I really wouldn't be able to tell. Anyway, I just want it to get myself through some impossible plot points in Ao no Tengai, but I can't even input the codes because they make no sense to me!

Can anyone help?

So 708C[index1],7198[index2] and 7aA8[index3] are entrypoints:

so jumping to [stack+index1] with 80[0],96[1],98[2]; will overwrite RAM values with those.

it is that, or [index] are 2 bytes instructions [ARM THUMB MODE]

iirc GBA is big endian by default[n<-0]

Default WRAM Usage
By default, the 256 bytes at 03007F00h-03007FFFh in Work RAM are reserved for Interrupt vector, Interrupt Stack, and BIOS Call Stack. The remaining WRAM is free for whatever use (including User Stack, which is initially located at 03007F00h).
