I'm having a similar problem after upgrading to 11.3. I had been using freakyhax as my exploit and I updated the otherapp payload but the same thing happens to me except the two values that are displayed are different. I get "016860000" & "00000000". Followed by the "An error has occurred..." message. Like OP I have tried wiping the SD card and redownloading all the necessary files but to no avail. I have also tried resetting my freaky forms save file and recreating it.

Have you guys tried putting in a cartridge into the slot, I did that when I got consistent errors I can't say they were the same but maybe a cartridge? I don't know I use it when using hbl CIA and soundhax and my 3DS seems to boot into hbl better with a cart in. Meh, I don't know if it helps.

Hallo! I'm having the same problem using Freakyhax. I get to the HBL loading screen, and then just two lines with numbers -- 00000000, and 01686000 -- before it crashes and returns to the home menu, with the message about an error having occurred and needing to restart the console.

I updated otherapp.bin, and redownloaded the starter from smealum's website, but it doesn't work.

Any thoughts?

Does anyone know the name of this spoofer? I need to access just pokebank right now and I'm still on 11.2. At the moment, I don't have time to research all that's messed up by 11.3 so I can make sure to update it, if I do. All I need to do is to be able to get on Pokebank on 11.2.

It's ctr-httpwn.
You are safe to update to 11.3 if you are on Luma 6.6 or the latest hourly though. hblauncher_loader, and HBL itself need an update to work, and you have to hold X in hblauncher_loader to download the newest payload. NTR also needs an update to work. Everything works though.

Last time I tried using ctr-httpwn was before I installed a9lh+luma (atc) last month. I was on firmware 10.3 at the time and instead of going into the bank, it would just give some error code after I logged in and selected to use the bank. Do you know if httpwn is supossed to work without that happening?

I might just use PKSM... as long as you can't tell by checking the pokemon info that I used PKSM instead of the official Pokemon Bank ap.

EDIT: I had a bit, so I just tried the ctr-httpwn that is in the HBL I (re-)installed when I installed a9lh+luma (etc). It DOES work in 11.2 accessing the Pokemon Bank ap now. That's a relief, I'd like to just get this stuff done and research and update all my CFW and homebrew stuff later.

I don't suppose there has been an update to this situation at all?

I've actually just moved over to using Soundhax and it triggers ok for me. As far as I can tell they both use a similar exploit so I'm not sure what the deal there is?

Yeah, I managed to get Soundhax working as well. Had an initial problem triggering it (which, oddly enough, went away when I put a 3DS cart in my console), and it occasionally yellow-screens on me, but otherwise, it's pretty reliable.
