ok so my comp is a lil fd up,

aparrenlty amd processors have a common error of an ntdll.dll error, which i hate having, anyways so i was transferring a movie to my external and i stopped it cuz i was doing something else but now there is a partial file and everytime i try to access that file where that file is it crashes explorer and now i cant delete that file nor use the files in that folder, i have like tons of movies in this folder and now i cant use them how do i get rid of that file??

If you are on windows, go in command prompt and do cd "directory of file". Once it is there, do del /f filename.extension. For example, cd F:\Documents\Movies\ then del /f movie.avi
