Notes: Unfortunately Vinyls and rims won't be upscaled due to issues with dumping colors with Vinyls/rims meaning there would be 100 variants of every Vinyl/rim and 40 more variants on top of that for different colored vinyls, and rims are barely noticeable so only Stock, blacklist, bonus and challenge series car Vinyls/rims are upscaled.

• Missing body kits, blacklist bio backgrounds, Burger King Challenge, Castrol Ford GT and split-screen world textures
• Brightened the menu map so It's not as dark when injecting HDR
• Manually replaced car brand logos with High-res (time-accurate) versions
• Alternate car brand logos for Dodge, Fiat, and Vauxhall available since some of the sources have issues or the default is boring.

Update: Added ability to select Blacklist vinyls and some bonus textures in "Bonus Textures" download. In Paint change to Gloss 62 (Black) then Vinyls Flame Color 1 and 2 should be 62 then scroll to see which ones were changed!

Models used: 4xHDCube 4 for almost everything

All blacklist Vinyls are selectable via their respective cars.
Police variants of Pontiac GTO, Corvette C6, Audi A4, and Porsche 911 Carrera S are included as well.
Cobalt SS has 4 blacklist textures that looked good.
In Paint change to Gloss 62 (Black) then Vinyls Flame Color 1 and 2 should be 62 then scroll to see which ones were changed!

Update: Added ability to select Blacklist Vinyls by selecting Gloss Color 62 (black) and making the Vinyl colors #1 and 2 Color 62 for Flame and 4 tribal vinyls in a separate download called "Blacklist Mod". This also includes 2 unused vinyls in-game like razors intro vinyl.
Welp, The vinyl/rim dumps are way worse than I thought. The theoretical total amount of textures to upscale everything would be 32 x 100 x 40 x 40 x however many vinyls there are, wtf.
Anyway, because of this, I'm not doing every car.
