unorginized post so brace yourself

I love handheld systems thats were i had most of my fun. but a year ago i all the sudden my hands cramp and i cant find i comfortable position to play 3ds or switch portable mode its killing me whats happening to me

Umm maybe try some accessories, I think some people make hand gripping accessories. Bu honestly I think maybe portable game isn't for you, maybe your hands grew out of it. Like growing out of a bed mattress you had for long time.

You can get good grips for both the vita and 3DS but if you say they're still cramping on the switch then I don't know if they'd help much. Still they're worth a shot before you write it off completely. Nintendo's handhelds and controls aren't the most accommodating for bigger hands.

Its also my positioning i cant play at a table or sitting straight up looking down i need a new comfortable handheld position

No one can tell you what would be most comfortable for your specific situation but yourself. Experiment. Try in bed, try positioning your hands above your heart, etc. Also, get yourself checked out for nerve/muscle problems.

I have large hands and the (original) 3ds never say really comfortable for me. Haven't touched the switch yet, but it too has rather small buttons.

... But i just noticed your profile says you're 27. That's a bit late to grow out of it (and fast, considering the switch is but a year old). Do you have cramps in other things as well? Say, holding a mouse? If so, you might be suffering from something like carpal tunnel syndrome. Medical advice would be adviced in that case.
